Structural
Our external carpentry services include structural timber frames, floor joists and roof construction (low level, flat, cut and pitch and trussed).
First Fix
Ranging from internal stud work, staircase installation, door linings and window boards, to cladding, exterior doors and windows.

We can take on any type of carpentry contract for new build homes

Some carpentry contractors will only take on one of these stages but for efficient project delivery we take complete ownership and responsibility of all phases.

Second Fix
This encompasses doors and flooring, interior cladding and walls, kitchens, staircase finishing and skirting, architraves and mouldings, and storage systems.
Final Fix
This can include anything the client requires to make the development bespoke - from fitted wardrobes and ironmongery to bath panels and shower screens. The snagging list is also taken care of in this phase.
